As a Wellbeing and Career Development specialist, I pride myself on understanding the individual. Careers and life are one facet and should be approached that way when deciding on a career pathway. I am a Masters’ qualified Guidance Counsellor and Career Practitioner, Teacher, wife and mother of a 10-year-old and a 9-year-old. I have been an educator for over 15 years and I understand how daunting the career process can be. I provide guidance and positive support for each individual to uncover their unique and individual strengths.
I embrace a diversity of theoretical frameworks to ensure I understand the who and why of the client, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Everyone deserves an opportunity to succeed.

My holistic approach enables me to work with the clients on their vocational, emotional and social journey, identifying their strengths and capabilities.
I have extensive knowledge in the ever-changing world of employment and I incorporate interactive career development interventions and supportive counselling techniques to achieve the desired outcome for my clients.
I began my journey in a place I knew in my heart wasn’t for me. A long time ago, I was a secondary Physical Education, Health and Human Development, Biology and Special Education Teacher.
I am thankful for the experience of eight Years in both a private and public secondary school afforded me.
Moving on, I completed my Master’s in Education (Guidance and Counselling) with a Major in Career Development (elite athletes, Indigenous Australians and Secondary Students).
I found 'MY WHY' - supporting individuals. I have been fortunate enough to work with incredible humans with the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Career Practitioner Referral Network, Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement at QLD Firebirds, Richmond Football Club Institute and Triathlon Australia athletes. I was also Head of Careers at Caulfield Grammar School for four years.
